Your role at Clorox:
Join us at Clorox as a Workday HCM Analyst. We prioritize our employees' development and well-being, and we’re seeking a skilled Workday HCM Analyst to join our dynamic People& Product team. As a Workday HCM Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting and optimizing our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs and enhances our HR processes.
In this role, you will:
- Provide first-line support to users, assisting with job changes, permissions, employee transfers, and various tasks.
- Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support staff to resolve more complex issues.
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday HCM system.
- Analyze HR business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Workday functionality.
- Assist in data management, including data entry, integrity checks, and report generation.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements for system enhancements and develop solutions.
- Provide end-user support and training to HR staff and other stakeholders on Workday functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with IT as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and new features to drive continuous improvement.
What we look for:
An innovative individual with proven experience in Workday’s HCM module. The ideal candidate will have experience operating in Workday Business Processes and cross-functional module exposure, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- 2-4 years of experience working with Workday HCM, preferably in an analyst role.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret requests and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in agile planning methodologies, interfacing with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering teams to drive product improvements.
- Experience having effective conversations with stakeholders regarding support needs, and requirements, managing intake processes, asking the right questions to scope and solve the requests.
- Comfortability with having a consultative mindset to engage stakeholders regarding the possibilities of the system's capabilities and positive change.
Workplace type:
Hybrid: This position will work 3 days a week in our Durham, NC office and remotely the other 2 days.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $69,600 - $127,400
–Zone B: $63,800 - $116,800
–Zone C: $58,000 - $106,100
