What we’re looking for
- Support and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve user issues with Workday, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and compliance with SLA.
- Point of Contact for Escalations: Act as the first point of contact for escalations, consulting requests, and as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Workday platform.
- Operations Management: Handle daily ticket operations across all Workday modules, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA requirements.
- Security and Access Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations and analyses concerning security roles and access permissions within Workday, proposing adjustments as necessary.
- Proven experience in Workday operations and support, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules and functionalities (except integration and payroll).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Workday Operations Specialist, you will be pivotal in managing day-to-day operations and resolving issues within our Workday environment. This role requires an analytical mindset and a deep understanding of Workday functionalities across various modules (excluding integration and payroll). You will serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and consultations, ensuring efficient and compliant operations within the designated service level agreements (SLAs).
