Who We’re Looking For
Toyota’s Corporate Shared Services Payroll Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated
Senior Analyst - Time and Labor Systems.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Flexible Scheduling processes for 55,000+ team members across the North American Operations.
Reporting to the Sr Payroll Manager, the person in this role will support the Corporate Shared Services Payroll department's objective for Flexible Scheduling while focusing on accurate and timely payroll processing and delivering an excellent team member experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Time & Labor system and support for UKG Pro WorkForce Management Flexible Scheduling modules, including PTO request, Annual Bidding, Open Shift, and Shift Swap.
- Perform data analytics on Flex Scheduling modules across the organization to identify areas for improvement and training opportunities
- Analyze the Time & Labor data around the Flex Scheduling modules, including how integrations and data interaction are being completed to look for better ways to use the data to drive greater efficiency and usability.
- Analyze user data needs at an individual and company level to find the most efficient methods and procedures to supply the information
- Develop and regularly report out KPIs and metrics to leadership; being creative in data visualization (dashboards, tables, charts, heat maps, process flows, etc.) while making sure that output is usable and beneficial
- Identify and utilize current toolsets to perform job functions including data marts, automation, robotics, etc.
- Support operational and supplier audits, data analytics, and complex activity administration
- Analyze business partner and team member inquiries/issues being reported through the case management system; partner with business leads and Payroll Metrics/Training Analyst to look for process improvements and training opportunities for internal and external customers
- Practice process improvement techniques to identify, re-engineer, and enhance processes to improve quality and efficiency. Identify and resolve escalations or complex issues with a strong emphasis on root cause analysis.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing multiple systems (i.e. HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, General Ledger, etc.) to support a unique and complex payroll organization
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related discipline or equivalent professional work experience
- Proven data analytics work experience with multiple payroll systems including WorkDay, UKG WorkForce Central and/or Dimensions, UKG Pro Payroll / Business Intelligence, and Service Now
- Proven ability to understand data flow and integrations across multiple systems
- Strong demonstrated process and project management skills, including the ability to lead projects across functional areas such as HR Analytics, HRIS, and IT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and business recommendations to Senior Management.
- Proven experience to be successful in a lead role for cross-functional projects
