Our client in the Financial Services sector is seeking a Workday Developer to join their team. As a Workday Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting the Workday applications team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday solutions, including reports, integrations, and custom applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement and configure Workday modules such as HCM, Financials, or Payroll.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday systems.
- Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Workday Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules and integration tools.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Calculated Fields, and Workday Report Writer.
- Experience with APIs and web services for system integrations.
