Workday HCM Consultant (United Kingdom)
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to provide expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimising Workday HCM solutions for clients. In this role, you will focus on understanding business requirements and translating them into customised Workday configurations. Additionally, you will specialise in Workday security, ensuring secure and scalable solutions are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Workday modules to match client needs.
- Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
- Lead testing, troubleshooting, and project coordination.
- Support data migration and reporting.
- Specialise in Workday Security Consultancy.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of Workday’s security framework.
- Experience in advanced security configurations and data migration.
Desirable Experience:
- Workday Implementer experience.
- Workday Core HCM Certification (current or expired).
- Familiarity with configuring additional Workday modules.
- Experience in multiple Workday implementations.
