About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Content Operations Lead with a focus on content governance to join our team. This role is crucial in creating and managing valuable and relevant content for our global organization. You will play a key role in building digital governance, engaging with our target audience, and driving self-service adoption and engagement. Your efforts will ensure consistent and high-quality content delivery, fostering Workmate loyalty and trust, and ultimately contributing to the organization's scale, self-service targets, online visibility, and business growth.
Basic Qualifications:

proven experience in content curation, authoring and management.

Knowledge of Human Resources practices with experience translating HR concepts into consumable knowledge articles.

Experienced leading in a global, multi-language environment.

Proven ability to distill program concepts into relevant, audience-focused contextual formats.

Experienced leading global HR digital content across multiple, complimentary delivery platforms.
-
LumApps, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar content management experience preferred.
-
Develop and lead all aspects of content governance strategy and model aligned with business objectives. Including implementation and management of a multi-platform governance model to maintain content quality and consistency.

Execute content governance to drive traffic, engagement, trust, and employee adoption of self-service first behavior.

Manage the editorial and audit calendar to ensure all deadlines are met.

Generate and consult key stakeholders in delivering engaging content for various audiences, personas and digital optimization

Manage relationships with cross-functional content partner organizations to ensure alignment and consistency to governance model and standards.

Ensure consistency of brand voice, style, and tone across all content.
About You
Strong project management skills to design and implement content communications governance model.

Prior experience in a similar role with a focus on content governance and leading digital experiences in a global HR service delivery organization

Creative digital and content technology professional with a strong background in content optimization in multi-platform environment

Highly organized with the ability to deliver within agreed timelines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, or other case management platform.

Advanced experience with LumApps, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar content management platforms.

IBM Watson/Watsonx Ai or similar enterprise Ai platform experience.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $111,400 USD - $167,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $105,800 USD - $204,000 USD
