RGP is seeking a Senior Manager, Workday Financials to join our growing Enterprise Applications IT team at the corporate office in Irvine, CA. Working closely with RGP’s finance leaders, IT teams, and business users you will be responsible for supporting the strategy, maintenance and optimization of Workday Financials within the organization. The Senior Manager, Workday Financials will manage system configuration, design, reporting, and support activities related to all Workday Finance modules to ensure alignment with the organizational goals.

What you will work on - Overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday Finance and PSA, and Retain Resource Management.
- Serve as the IT partner supporting Finance areas in Workday, including FP&A Reporting, Expenses, Procurement, Projects, etc. Serving as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery.
- Work closely with the Director of Workday HCM to coordinate/collaborate in platform wide efforts and cross module impact.
- Manage multiple in-flight projects that have different timelines and may utilize different solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities.
- Lead governance process, roadmap exercises, and cross functional resource planning.
- Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring client requirements are met.
- Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements.
- Lead the Workday support team ensuring day to day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects.
- Overall accountability for data governance, security, and compliance.
- Ensure up to date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities.
- Develop and promote continuous learning within the support team.
- Perform audits of Workday data and recommend steps to improve data quality.
- Identify, validate and test business process and configuration changes related to business changes, issues or process improvements.
- Ensure Workday Financials complies with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and controls.
- Use Workday Community to keep Workday knowledge/skills current.
What you will bring - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance and Professional Services Automation system management
- 5+ years of Workday Finance and/or PSA experience and a proven track record in leading and managing a Workday Enterprise environment
- Experience with Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Calculated Fields, and Report Writer
- A 'hands-on' leader/driver with a strong background in managing a complex enterprise environment
- Understanding of Finance operations and experience in Finance data management and reporting
- Exhibits knowledge in current and possible future trends, technology and information affecting the department/business area
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects of significant scope across the organization
- Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation
- Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills in areas of high complexity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with Finance and IT clients
- Demonstrate high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to clearly articulate messages with all levels in the organization, including breaking down complex topics for target audiences
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects

What you can expect
- All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Base Pay Range: $133,600 - $205,000
- Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
