Job Description:
· 5+ years in Workday functional areas, including Human Resources, Payroll, and Financials.
· 5+ years in Workday integration development, utilizing EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
· 5+ years of experience creating custom reports and calculated fields in Workday.
· 5+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
· Strong understanding of Workday security protocols and best practices.
· Experience with document transformation technologies, including XSLT and XPath.
· BIRT and Prism Analytics experience is preferred.
· Experience working with or leading Agile teams, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
· Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external resources.
· Workday certification is required.
