What You’ll Do:
- HRIS Management: Help implement, integrate, and maintain HRIS systems to support the company’s HR and business needs.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors, including IT, to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Ensure Compliance: Make sure systems meet legal requirements and maintain data accuracy.
- Project Support: Partner with the HRIS Manager on key HR initiatives and provide technical support.
- Training & Support: Offer training and support to HR teams, helping them get the most out of the HRIS.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You’ll need at least 3 years of experience in HRIS Workday management or a similar role.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or related experience in HRIS, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Tech Skills: Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Communication: You’ll need to be able to explain technical details in a way that non-tech folks can understand.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Bonus Points: If you have certifications like SHRM-SCP, PHR, or HRIP, that’s a big plus.
