Role: CERTIFIED Workday Advanced Compensation Implementation Consultant

Workday Advanced Compensation Implementation Certification required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation implementation, configuration, and support.
Proven experience managing a full lifecycle of Workday Advanced Compensation implementation from start to finish.
Strong understanding of compensation structures, including regular pay, bonuses, stock payouts, and commissions.
Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.

Must Have

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Workday Advanced Compensation Implementation Certification required.
