Job Description: SAP HCM SuccessFactors Integration Consultant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ERP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Talent Solutions Integration, and extensive experience in integration design and development using SAP Integration Suite. The role requires proficiency in groovy scripting, web services-based interfaces, and a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors APIs and ERP HCM Integration Patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the integration of SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Talent Solutions using the Talent Hybrid Integration add-on.
- Design and develop integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (SF RCM), Onboarding 2.0 (SF ONB 2.0), and SAP ERP HCM.
- Utilize groovy scripting and web services-based interfaces to create seamless integration solutions.
- Implement and manage BIB Replication setups from SAP ERP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC).
- Leverage strong ABAP development skills to enhance SAP HCM functionalities.
- Work extensively with Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) modules in SAP HCM.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive integration design and technical specification documents.
- Create detailed unit test cases for integration projects and perform thorough testing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors integration.
- Strong SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Talent Solutions Integration experience using Talent Hybrid Integration add-on.
- Proven expertise in integration design and development using SAP Integration Suite for SF RCM, SF ONB 2.0, and SAP ERP HCM solutions.
- Extensive experience in groovy scripting and web services-based interfaces.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors APIs and ERP HCM Integration Patterns.
- Strong understanding of SF RCM and SF ONB 2.0 modules.
- Significant ABAP development experience in SAP HCM.
- Proficiency in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) modules in SAP HCM.
- Expertise in setting up BIB Replication from SAP ERP HCM to SF EC.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and effective communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in creating unit test cases for integration.
- Proven ability to create detailed integration design and technical specification documents.
- Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Project management experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration projects.
- Knowledge of other integration platforms and middleware.
