Overview
We are looking for a adaptable HR Specialist with expertise in Human Capital Management (ideally Rippling) (HCM) systems to join our client's team. In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring and building out our client's HCM ecosystem, managing data and processes, and ensuring seamless integration of HR operations. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone eager to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Job Duties
- Take ownership of the configuration and ongoing optimization of the HCM system, including data management, reporting, and workflows.
- Work closely with vendors to implement and scale systems, ensuring all tools align with organizational needs.
- Develop and maintain processes to support HR operations, focusing on system integrity and efficiency.
- Serve as the go-to expert for HCM-related tasks, providing guidance and training to the HR team.
- Partner with leadership to analyze data and deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Support system implementation and upgrades, ensuring the adoption of best practices.
- Act as a resource for cross-functional teams, offering solutions that meet both immediate and long-term needs.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in HCM systems (e.g., Rippling, SAP, Kronos, Workday).
- Proven ability to configure, implement, and manage HCM platforms with minimal supervision.
- Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to generate reports and actionable insights.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Rippling is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in a scaling or high-growth environment.
- Aptitude for identifying process improvements and driving efficiency.
- Background in healthcare or familiarity with Healthcare-related operations is helpful but not essential.
