Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources, business administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of Workday Administration experience required.
3 years in Workday HCM system administration and its modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Working experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or like systems.
Plusses:
2 years of software developer experience
Day to Day:
The Workday Analyst III is responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of the newly implemented Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role ensures that Workday HCM operates smoothly, addressing the needs of the organization and its users. The Analyst collaborates with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and provide comprehensive support for Workday HCM modules.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Manage and configure Workday HCM modules to support business processes.
Perform system updates, including feature releases and patches.
Ensure the Workday HCM environment is stable and secure.
Ensure system compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage user access and security settings.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Provide day-to-day support to Workday HCM users, resolving issues promptly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems, providing solutions or escalating as necessary.
Monitor system performance and user-reported issues to identify recurring problems.
Maintain data accuracy within the Workday HCM system.
Conduct regular data audits and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Handle data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems.
Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing Workday HCM users.
Create and update documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and technical manuals.
Ensure users are informed about new features, updates, and best practices.
Identify areas for system improvement and enhancements within Workday HCM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency.
Implement best practices for Workday HCM usage.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
