Join our dynamic HRIS team as a Senior Workday Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming our HR operations! In this exciting role, you'll leverage your deep expertise in Workday modules—including HCM, ATS, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Time and Attendance—to optimize and enhance our HR systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support innovative projects, and ensure our Workday system is running at peak performance to support our company's strategic goals.
Let’s talk job responsibilities:
- System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain Workday modules including HCM, ATS, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Time and Attendance. Ensure system settings and configurations are optimized for performance and functionality.
- Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other internal or external systems using Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, etc.). Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.
- Security Administration: Design and implement security roles and access permissions within Workday to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.
- Data Management and Integrity: Perform regular data audits, validation, and cleansing to maintain high data quality and integrity across all Workday modules.
- Advanced Reporting and Analytics: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. Utilize Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools.
- System Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan, test, and implement system upgrades and new functionalities. Coordinate with IT and Workday support to address any technical issues or enhancements.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, integration specifications, and procedural guides.
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows and business processes within Workday to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
- Compliance and Security Monitoring: Ensure the Workday system complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor system activities for security breaches or unauthorized access.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within the Workday system. Provide second-level support for complex problems that cannot be resolved by first-level support.
Your experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM, ATS, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Time and Attendance modules.
- Strong proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, and security. Knowledge of Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Workday certification in HCM or relevant modules is a plus.
