This role will serve as the Workday Reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME), responsible for creating reporting solutions and contributing to the development of a long-term model for supporting Workday reporting needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Workday applications, including report creation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Analyze and interpret data for reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and reliability in generated reports.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards to meet business needs and enhance decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and propose solutions aligned with Workday best practices.
- Communicate effectively with end-users, providing training, guidance, and support on Workday functionality and reporting capabilities.
- Prioritize and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality support and reporting solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence in Workday support and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, users, and team members to foster collaboration, trust, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Expertise in designing and building Workday reports.
- Deep understanding of Workday data, including Core, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Benefits, and Talent.
- Knowledge of Workday architecture, web services, and business process frameworks.
- Experience building dashboards in Workday, specifically focused on Talent and Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of Workday's People Analytics platform and its applications.
- Familiarity with Workday functionalities and best practices for support and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to effectively understand and fulfill reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with PARO (Performance, Accountability, Results, Outcomes) methodology is a plus.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining Prism data sets in Workday is a plus.
