The Workday HCM Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) module for clients. This role focuses on understanding client HR requirements and ensuring that the Workday system is customized to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-cycle Workday HCM implementations, including gathering requirements, system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
System Configuration: Customize the Workday HCM module, including core HR functions, employee records, and benefits administration.
Client Consultation: Engage with HR teams to understand current workflows and processes and propose best-practice solutions using Workday HCM.
Data Migration: Lead efforts to transfer HR data into the Workday system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Testing: Create and manage test plans to validate system functionality before deployment.
Training and Support: Train HR staff on the new system and provide post-implementation support to resolve issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in implementing Workday HCM, including modules like Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, and Benefits.
Workday HCM certification is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience with Workday security configuration and role-based access controls.
Salary:
UK: £56,000 - £75,000 per year.
