Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide vital technical support for HRIS functionalities, particularly within Workday, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards team and various stakeholders to fulfill system requests, provide insights on configurations, and uphold standard operating procedures.
- Manage data entry related to employment changes and updates to HR records.
- Ensure data integrity through regular data migrations and audits within the HRIS system.
- Generate detailed reports and analytical insights regarding key HR metrics.
- Assist with Jira Service Management Ticketing System operations as necessary.
- Stay informed about HR principles and best practices, applying them effectively in your role.
- Communicate proficiently across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 7 years in a similar HR Systems Analyst role.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically Workday, with experience in system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and leave management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to create detailed reports and offer data-driven insights.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective collaboration within teams.
