Workday HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking Consultant
Primary Responsibilities
- Gather, identify, and document Workday time tracking requirements from clients.
- Research, analyze, and resolve client issues related to Workday functionality.
- Collaborate with the Client Lead to assist in managing their workload and priorities.
- Work both independently and within a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals.
- Operate under the guidance of a Time Tracking Lead, contributing to project deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with other consultants to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Interpret client data and translate requirements into Workday configurations and processes.
- Document solutions and resolutions in JIRA for tracking and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Experience with Workday, specifically in HR, payroll, and time tracking modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
