The Workday HCM & Payroll Applications Leader will manage Workday's suite of HCM and Payroll applications and support the Workday implementation. In this role you will be responsible for hiring and managing a team of analysts, report writers and serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM and Payroll.

TalentFish is casting a line for strong manager to act as the Workday HMC & Payroll Application Manager/Leader. This is a
remote direct hire role reporting to the Director of Workday Applications.
Role
What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with at least two Workday HCM & Payroll implementations for a hospital or Healthcare Clinic
- 5 years' experience formally managing people including building teams, yearly reviews, conflict resolution
- Executive presence must be well versed and comfortable interfacing with stake holders in a Hospital/Clinical Healthcare environment
- 6 plus years of Workday experience
- 10 plus years' experience with ERP experience
What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)
- Design and configuration of Workday modules recruiting, core HCM, compensation, benefits, absence, journeys, help, and payroll
- Management of HCM and payroll business processes, report administration, case management and partnering with other Workday application leaders
- Report Director of Workday Applications and will collaborate with key stakeholders
