IDR is seeking a Work Day Integration Leads to join one of our top clients in a fully remote, contract position. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in managing integration workloads, cross-functional impacts, and system releases. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Work Day Integration Leads:
- Manage workload for the Integrations team across break-fix and enhancement requests
- Ensure critical issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Identify and assess cross-functional impacts from configuration or integration changes
- Assist with bi-annual WD and Adaptive releases, including impact assessment and developing regression testing plans
- Serve as a technical resource to balance team capacity
- Manage performance, morale, and team-related issues
- Coordinate work between onshore and offshore teams
- Educate clients on WD Integration capabilities and release management
This is a 6-month contract position.
Required Skills for WD Integration Leads:
- Experience managing integration workloads and cross-functional impacts
- Familiarity with Workday Integrations and Adaptive Planning
- Proven team leadership skills
- Ability to manage onshore and offshore teams
- Excellent client education skills
