THE JOB
- Operate as part of the Workday management team, and define plans for future success.
- Work as a trusted advisor to clients in the strategy and implementation of Workday solutions.
- Lead projects from end to end, handling large-scale and complex transformations.
- Be a passionate coach, helping to upskill and lead team members.
THE INDIVIDUAL
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years as an HRIS Consultant with a focus on multiple modules.
- Experience successfully delivering HRIS projects from end-to-end
- Working proficiency in French/Dutch and English.
