Workday Payroll Analyst
Workday Payroll is a must. Workday time tracking is a nice to have. Doesn't have to be a heavy tester. Knowledge of controls work and drafting training materials is more important.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of Workday payroll exposure.
• Workday experience is required.
• Experience evaluating, analyzing, and resolving unique and complex problems, and recommending solutions.
• High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Responsibilities
• Assist with End-to-end testing, Unit testing and regression testing
• Document and test controls for new processes
• Assist with time entry and time adjustment processes
• Assist with year-end processing, including 401K validations, W-2 and W-2c preparation.
• Assist with special projects as required.
• Recommend new processes to improve performance and efficiency within the payroll function.
• Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
