This highly technical work is responsible for the data management, data governance, and reporting analytics within Saint Johns County.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the data and reporting lead for the ERP system ensuring data integrity, security and maintenance, modifications, report writing, document maintenance, audits and recommendations for changes.
Performs system testing changes in the system before implementation, conduct audit reporting and dashboard for data integrity to avoid negative downstream impacts and streamline implementation in production.
Coordinates the data integrations of Workday-specific systems and 3rd party systems, ensuring seamless data integration and functionality.
Responsible for overseeing the ERP System, data governance standards, and quality control program.
Leads the data reporting and analytics strategy to meet the needs of the business. Builds a reporting and analytics structure to identify trends and find solutions within the company’s financial and HCM data.
Acts as liaison between management staff, end users, and information technology staff to design and configure business solutions to ensure business requirements have been met.
Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the ERP project lifecycle.
Participate in system updates and upgrades, working with internal teams, departments, and vendors.
Test and implement necessary improvements to grow the abilities of the system to serve the business.
Provide regular status updates, convey problems and areas of improvement to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Maintains a full-time presence on the job.
Performs other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business systems, Information Technology, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities to thoroughly understand and perform the major duties of the position.
Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the major duties of the position to serve as a liaison between system stakeholders, interpreted as eight or more years of experience with at least five years of IT business systems analysis or similar experience.
Must have three (3) years of experience with implementation/integration of an ERP system. Workday experience preferred.
Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills to serve others.
Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.
Proficient with Microsoft 365.
