Job Description:Join our remote Workday HCM project team in Augusta, ME! As a Business Analyst, you'll play a vital role in the successful implementation of the State of Maine's Workday system. Your expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills, will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Quality and Validation: Monitor, support, and research data quality issues. Validate data accuracy and integrity.
Ticket Management: Manage and track project tickets using JIRA.
Business Requirements Analysis: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
Project Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes and proposals.
Testing Support: Assist in testing phases by researching issues and providing guidance on defect resolution.
General Project Support: Contribute to various project tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

1+ years of experience with Workday HCM and/or Payroll
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, concatenations, etc.)
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences
Ability to influence others
Flexibility and adaptability
Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Ability to synthesize multiple sources of data/information and compile into a cohesive presentation

Required Education: Bachelor's degree
