Business Systems Analyst (HRIS) - MUST HAVE Workday experience.
Summary:
Responsible for configuring and maintaining HCM systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Acts as HCM expert and department liaison, addressing business needs, resolving system issues, and enhancing system functionality. Collaborates with business leaders to support cyclical and enterprise-wide projects focused on automation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expert for Workday Learning, Performance, and Talent Management.
- Configure and maintain HCM systems while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Lead HCM system enhancements and roadmaps, solving business challenges with innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify needs and automate processes.
- Manage system changes, ensuring smooth transitions with proper testing and documentation.
- Oversee HCM calendar for functional area priorities.
- Stay informed on system updates, implementing new features to benefit the business.
- Troubleshoot system issues, testing and deploying solutions.
- Mentor HCM analysts and ensure internal control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or HR preferred or equivalent working experience.
- 2-6+ years Workday HRIS experience (Learning, Performance, Talent Management).
- Workday certifications preferred and or PHR, SPHR certifications are a big plus!
