Required
5-7+ years' Professional Experience managing integration workloads, cross-functional impacts, and system releases.
Preferred
Familiarity with Workday Integrations, Adaptive Planning, and team leadership.
Work You'll Do
Manage workload for the Integrations team across break-fix and enhancement requests.
Ensure critical issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Identify and assess cross-functional impacts from configuration or integration changes.
Assist with bi-annual WD and Adaptive releases, including impact assessment and developing regression testing plans.
Serve as a technical resource to balance team capacity.
Manage performance, morale, and team-related issues.
Coordinate work between onshore and offshore teams.
Educate clients on WD Integration capabilities and release management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Integrations workload and address critical issues promptly.
Assess cross-functional impacts from integration changes.
Manage bi-annual release plans and regression testing.
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and handle team dynamics.
Guide clients on WD Integration limitations and release management.
