Position: Workday Integration Partner
Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA; Portland, ME; or Chattanooga, TN (2 days/week onsite)
Duration: Full Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $120-130k + 12% Annual Performance Bonus
Role Overview: Insight Global’s client is seeking a permanent Workday Integration Partner for their hybrid onsite team. This role focuses on managing integration projects that connect a proprietary benefits platform with global customers’ Workday systems. The Integration Partner will handle integration cycles lasting six to eight weeks, acting as the primary contact for customers. Strong presentation abilities and technical configuration skills are crucial for successful project completion.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience with Workday integrations
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles
- Solid understanding of benefits administration
Preferred Skills:
- Background in employee benefits within HRIS systems
- Experience with integrations involving ServiceNow, ADP, or UKG
- Experience in delivering presentations or demos
