Our client is looking for a Technical Workday Consultant.

Location: 100% REMOTE
Duration: 12 months
JOB: Technical Consultants will focus on the technical development and optimisation of Workday Discovery Boards to support organisational reporting and data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workday Discovery Boards:
- Analyze existing Workday data structures to design insightful Discovery Boards.
- Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and data sources.
- Develop and customize dashboards to meet the needs of different user groups.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to reporting and dashboards.
- Continuously enhance reporting capabilities by leveraging the latest Workday features.
- Stakeholder Management - Reporting:
- Work with stakeholders to identify key reporting needs and align them with business goals.
- Assist in the distribution of reports to ensure timely delivery to relevant teams.
- Provide ongoing support to stakeholders by addressing any questions or concerns.
- User Training:
- Collaborate with the Functional Lead to deliver training sessions to end-users on utilizing Workday reports.
- Support users by offering one-on-one coaching to ensure they are able to generate meaningful insights.
- Maintain a knowledge base for Workday Discovery Boards and reporting tools.
- Change Management:
- Support the transition to new reporting tools by working closely with the Functional Lead on change management strategies.
- Help users adapt to new processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Novartis is highly preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in Workday Discovery Boards, including data analysis and report building.
- Experience working in collaborative teams to develop custom reporting solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data and reporting.
