- Proven track record as a Stream/Product Lead/Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Experience in People and Stakeholder Management
- Ability to maintain excellent client relationships
- Enthusiastic about supporting pre-sales and practice development
- Excellent communication, advisory, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Professional proficiency in English, additional languages beneficial
