- This newly created senior manager position will play a critical role in leading the company's end-to-end workforce strategy process.
- Partner with Operations and HR leaders to ensure strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, and comprehensive analytics/insights.
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models to build efficient processes while generating actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multi-location environment.
- Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or a related field along with strong financial system skills (MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive Planning a plus.
