Position: Adaptive Workday Developer
Location: 100% Remote working PST hours
Duration: Direct Hire Full Time
Salary: 120 - 125k + Excellent Benefits Program
What You Will Do:
- Developing Adaptive Workday Studio integrations that connect Workday to external systems.
- Creating and maintaining Workday business process configurations and security policies.
- Troubleshooting and debugging integrations and business processes.
- Collaborating with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and design integrations.
- Creating and updating technical documentation, including integration design specifications, test plans, and deployment plans.
- Participating in the full software development life cycle, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensuring integrations meet data integrity and security requirements.
- Staying up-to-date with Workday best practices and emerging technologies.
What Gets You The Job:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience developing Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security policies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and XML.
- Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
