Adalta Global are proud to be supporting our end client in their search for a Lead HRIS Analyst to implement and grow the capabilities of a brand new Workday platform.
The role:
You'll play a key role in the design, mapping and configuration of the Workday HCM platform. You'll ensuring the application's functionality, usability and future scalability is developed to a quality standard in-line with the expectations of the program sponsors and senior leadership members of the HR team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in meetings to gather requirements from Workday end-user groups.
- Collaborate with the end-users to gather requirements around the functionality of the program.
- You'll assist in the configuration and process mapping of the HRIS suite, with an initial focus on the Payroll, Time Tracking and Attendance modules.
- You'll partner with members of both IT and HR/People teams to understand required enhancements of the platform in line with future R1 & R2 product releases.
- You'll provide SME-level knowledge of the WD HCM product suite to members of the HR department.
- Act as the in-house platform SME, initially working alongside the 3rd Party implementation partner to deliver a translatable business process roadmap.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience on Workday implementations.
- 5+ year career in Workday with demonstratable progression
- 1+ years' working within senior/lead position
- Pro Certifications across any of the following modules are desirable HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, Compensation
