Join Our IT Team as a Workday System Analyst!

Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR leaders to ensure a seamless transition to Workday, addressing any implementation challenges.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring they align with HR goals and system capabilities.
- Participate in system testing and validation to confirm that configurations meet business needs prior to going live.
- Provide ongoing support for Workday post-implementation, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system functionality aligns with HR processes.
- Configure Workday to meet evolving HR requirements and optimize system usage for various HR functions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
- Design and generate reports to make data-driven decisions.
- Analyze existing HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and self-service solutions that enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement process changes leveraging Workday's capabilities, while effectively communicating project status, system changes, and training opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for HR staff and end users to ensure effective use of Workday.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of HR systems and processes, serving as a resource for training and reference.
- Work closely with HR leadership and other departments during the implementation phase to ensure alignment and address any system-related needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years experience with Workday (HRIS)
- Experience with implementation, configuration and testing
- Bachelor's Degree
- On-Site work required
