We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Workday platform, with a specific focus on Talent and Performance modules. This role will involve designing, configuring, and implementing Workday solutions that align with business requirements.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement solutions in Workday across various modules with a key focus on Talent and Performance, including related business processes, security, reports, and dashboards
- Product Enhancement: Explore enhancements and leverage Workday's product evolution to add value for stakeholders and users
- Training and Support: Develop super user capabilities by creating demo/training materials and resolve critical issues/change requests as needed
- Collaboration: Collaborate and connect with other Workday process/modules, evaluate impact, and drive outcomes on cross-module topics
Requirements
- Language: Fluent in English
- Workday certified
- Extensive experience with Workday Talent and Performance modules
- Strong understanding of Workday security, business process framework, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS), including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday report writer and calculated fields
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PECI is a plus
- Knowledge of Workday Integration and Data Conversion
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and implementation
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand and address stakeholder needs
