We are seeking a skilled technician with a passion for Workday Financials to join our team as a Workday Financials Tech Lead. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while leading significant financial system modernization projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and guidance, actively participating in planning, designing, and executing projects.
- Technical Expertise: Oversee the implementation of Workday Financials, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Financial Accounting Setup.
- Program Management: Utilize skills in planning, execution, communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure project success.
- Technical Skills: Manage design, data mapping, and integration patterns effectively.
Key Skills
- 8+ years of experience with Workday Financials implementation.
- Proficiency in Workday Financials Modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Financial Accounting Setup.
- Experience in large-scale financial system modernization projects.
- Strong program management and tech lead skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the insurance domain is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
