About the Role:
The CX Strategy & Operations team drives operational excellence and innovation across the Customer Experience (CX) organization. We define & drive CX strategy & operations, while ensuring our business is standing strong on solid infrastructure with clear processes. We strive to build scaled, shared services that will provide maximum value to the many teams involved in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
The CX Business Operations specialist will partner closely with senior business operations and communications leads to activate key business processes for the CX Org. This role is really a ‘roll up your sleeves’ kind of role - driving a variety of initiatives spanning business operations and communications. This person is creative, detail-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive, and jumps in wherever help is needed!
Responsibilities:
- Business Operations | Support translating Workday & CX strategies into execution. Supports driving and maturing operational foundations, including but not limited to: annual planning, CX operating rhythm, strategic portfolio governance, & objectives and key results alignment. Supports efforts to jump start or run key programs across the organization
- CX Communications & Workmate Engagement/Events | Support key communications, presentations, employee engagement programs & CX and/or Workday events. Work hands-on with key stakeholders to plan, write, and edit a variety of different communication materials including video scripts, Intranet content, and org change announcement emails—and ensure tight alignment of messages and narratives.
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree
- Able to commit to a full-time contract role until early 2025
- Affinity for operations & innovation, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise messaging; ability to write in a simple, direct, warm and friendly tone
- High degree of flexibility, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Experience with Google Suite, SmartSheets, Outlook, VersionOne are all a plus
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.00/hour-$40.00/hour
