Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their HR technology goals, including employee experience, business processes, and data strategies.
- Lead efforts to redesign processes by defining desired outcomes and creating strategies to achieve them.
- Develop plans for the successful adoption of Workday and related technologies, including readiness assessments and governance strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver comprehensive, coordinated solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, advocating for clients’ needs and ensuring their success with Workday.
Requirements
- Expertise in Benefits, HR, Talent Management, or Finance functions.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday functional implementation.
- 2-5 years of experience with Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% and work with remote teams.
- Experience in project and program management.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address both big-picture and detailed needs.

Compensation
For this role, the base salary ranges from \(110,000 to \)203,000 for Senior Consultants and \(140,000 to \)258,000 for Sr. Principals, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, and other factors.
