As a Workday Consultant, you will be involved in interesting projects alongside innovative minds and emerging technologies. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing success with Workday.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their strategic goals related to HR technology, including employee experience, business processes, data strategy, and service delivery.
- Lead efforts to redesign processes by defining desired outcomes and working backwards to outline processes and user touchpoints.
- Develop strategies to drive the adoption of Workday and related technologies.
- Assess readiness for adoption and establish governance plans during and after launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive and coordinated solutions.
- Serve as a trusted adviser and advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are met with expertise and care.
Requirements
- Strong experience in HR, Talent Management, or Finance functions.
- 5 years of experience with Workday functional implementations.
- 2-5 years of experience with Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely results.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% and work with remote teams.
- Experience in project and/or program management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence diverse audiences, including technical and business clients, HR functions, and employees at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, focusing on both big-picture and detailed needs.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

For the Senior Consultant level, the base salary range is \(110,000 to \)203,000. For the Sr. Principal level, the base salary range is \(140,000 to \)258,000. We also offer annual discretionary bonuses. Actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
