THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Analyst, People Operations Training Compliance, you will play an important role in monitoring and improving completion rates of regulatory and critical compliance trainings, such as Food Safety, Code of Ethics, and Anti-Harassment. You will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the completion of required training programs through our Learning Management System (“LMS”) platform, Docebo, and Workday. You will leverage your proficiency with reporting and data analysis, particularly in Excel and PowerBI, to identify opportunities and work with the People Operations team to execute necessary follow-up actions. You will play a pivotal role in driving a culture of development, compliance, and accountability across the organization; collaborating with functional leaders to ensure employees receive the necessary training to meet company standards, individual development plans, and legal requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Utilize Docebo, Workday, and other platforms to actively track and monitor the completion of mandatory regulatory and critical compliance training programs across all job levels.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports using Excel to monitor and track training completions in a variety of job levels across many learning programs.
- Employ expert reporting and data analysis techniques to extract valuable information, identify trends, and discover potential roadblocks to training completions and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to establish and implement effective follow-up strategies to address training non-compliance.
- Prepare clear and concise reports for senior leadership and functional leaders on the status of routine and unique mandatory training compliance initiatives.
- Create data visualizations (via Excel and PowerBI) and presentations (via PowerPoint) to effectively communicate compliance findings and completion rates.
- Partner with People Operations team members to ensure accurate data reporting and consistent messaging.
- Actively contribute to the enhancement and refinement of compliance training monitoring processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation tools to increase efficiency.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and training facilitators to understand training content and objectives.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to foster a culture of compliance.
- Collaborate with IT, Product Owners, and LMS administrators to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system functionality.
- Partner with functional leaders to understand departmental training compliance goals and develop programs to track completion rates and drive accountability.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, Employment Compliance, Data Analysis, or a related role or field.
- Restaurant or retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo), Human Resource Information Systems (e.g., Workday), and Case Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerBI skills including large data sets, dynamic arrays, and data visualization are required.
- Experience with workflow optimization tools (e.g., Alteryx, SAS Viya, KNIME) preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with deadlines.
- Proven ability to anticipate issues, solve problems, then recommend, design, and implement solutions.
- Ability to perform and remain organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes to help ensure compliance programs remain up to date.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $73,000.00–$101,500.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
