Responsibilities:
As the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of Workday's partner ecosystem through strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our partners to develop and execute co-marketing programs that generate demand, increase brand awareness, and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing plans aligned with Workday's overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including partner management, product marketing, demand generation, and sales to ensure effective execution of partner marketing programs.
- Work closely with key partners to understand their marketing needs, identify co-marketing opportunities, and develop joint marketing campaigns.
- Manage partner marketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and drive measurable results.
- Track and analyze the performance of partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance on marketing best practices, campaign execution, and optimization strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance management within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $47/hour-$65.00/hour
