Role Description: HRIS Analyst III
The HRIS Workday Consultant Tasks Include
- Provides general support and advice for business end-user inquiries connected to Workday operations
- Simple to complex configuration of Workday modules
- Responsible for overall data integrity, with generic data QC and validation of business requests
- Transactional record upkeep and updates
- Daily reporting/status updates (resource starts/ends, data entry accuracy/errors)
- Collaborate with Program Leads and other cross-functional teams on user challenges, issues, process enhancements, etc.
- Provide system/process recommendations based on knowledge of the client processes/technology
- Support as requested initiatives connected to developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentations
- Actively participates in user acceptance testing and documentation as requested
Qualifications/Experience
5 to 10 years' experience with Workday HCM, and Recruiting
- Workday HCM Certification is a Plus
- Workday Recruiting Certification is a Plus
- Experience with Workday advanced compensation and other modules is a Plus

- Ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams
- Strong Microsoft office 365 skills specially MS PowerPoint and Excel i.e.. VLOOKUP's, Pivots, etc.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to write system related documentation and job aids
