Pay Range
$119,683.00 - $191,485.00
Overlake is searching for a skilled HRIS expert to join our HR leadership team. This role reports to our Director of Human Resources. If selected, you'll lead our efforts to leverage the power of Workday to improve and automate HR processes. You will also work closely with our payroll team (which resides in Finance) to ensure information flows smoothly back and forth between Workday and our UKG Dimensions payroll system. Ultimately, we will rely on you to ensure continuity and successful delivery of HRIS services to nearly 4,000 users across our organization.
This job requires the ability to move seamlessly from design to configuration. We're looking for someone with vision to recommend HR system changes to meet the current and future needs of our organization. At the same time, we need someone who is willing and able to be a hands-on technical resource when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with HRIS systems. Workday certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred.
