As a Workday Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to maximize the value of their Workday investment, serving as a subject matter expert on strategic projects.
You will support Workday customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial strategy and selection to successful implementation and ongoing support. Our Workday Advisory team partners with clients to deliver strategy, implementation support, optimization, and road mapping.
What You'll Do
- Work with clients to understand their strategic objectives related to HR technology, including employee experience and service delivery.
- Lead process redesign efforts, helping clients define outcomes and establish processes.
- Develop strategies to drive the adoption of Workday and related technology initiatives.
- Assess readiness for adoption and establish governance plans during and after the launch.
- Collaborate with various practices and teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Act as a client advocate and trusted advisor.
What You'll Bring
- Strong expertise in Benefits, HR, Talent Management, and/or Finance functions.
- 5 years of experience with Workday functional implementation.
- 2-5 years of experience with Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- Ability to travel up to 40% and work with remote teams.
- Experience in project and/or program management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence diverse audiences, including technical and business clients.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to address broad and specific needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our compensation practices are fair and equitable. For the Senior Consultant level, the base salary range is \(110,000 to \)203,000. For the Sr. Principal level, the base salary range is \(140,000 to \)258,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
