Role Overview
As a consultant within our team, you will work closely with clients to maximize the value of their investments in Workday. You will serve as a subject matter expert across various high-impact projects, guiding clients from strategic planning through implementation and ongoing support. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting Workday customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial strategy to post-go-live success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic HR technology objectives, focusing on employee experience, business processes, data strategy, and service delivery.
- Lead process redesign efforts to help clients define desired outcomes and develop effective processes and user touchpoints.
- Create strategies aimed at driving the adoption of Workday and related technology initiatives.
- Assess readiness for adoption and develop governance plans for both during and post-launch phases.
- Work with teams across the organization to deliver integrated and coordinated solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Benefits, HR, Talent Management, and Finance functions.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday functional implementation.
- 2-5 years of experience with Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely results.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% and collaborate with remote teams.
- Experience in project and program management.
- Ability to influence diverse audiences, including technical and business clients, HR functions, and employees.
- Strong skills in both strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Base salary range at the Senior Consultant level is $110,000 to $203,000, and at the Sr. Principal level is $140,000 to $258,000, with potential annual discretionary bonuses.
