Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals related to HR technology, including employee experience, business processes, data strategy, and service delivery.
- Lead efforts to redesign processes by helping clients define their outcomes and outlining processes and user touchpoints.
- Develop strategies to promote the adoption of Workday and related technologies.
- Assess clients' readiness for adoption and establish governance plans for both during and after the launch.
- Collaborate with various practices and teams to deliver a comprehensive and coordinated solution.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in HR, Talent Management, and/or Finance functions.
- 5 years of hands-on Workday functional implementation experience.
- 2-5 years of experience with Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve timely results.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% and to work with remote teams.
- Experience in project and/or program management.
- Ability to influence diverse audiences, including technical and business clients and HR functions.
- A talent for understanding the broader context while addressing specific needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation is aligned with skills, experience, and qualifications. For this role, the salary range is $110,000 to $203,000 at the Senior Consultant level and $140,000 to $258,000 at the Sr. Principal level. Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus may also apply. Please note that salary ranges are subject to change based on various factors.
