## Role Responsibilities
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their strategic HR technology objectives, including employee experience, business processes, data strategy, and service delivery.
- **Process Redesign**: Lead efforts to redesign processes by helping clients define desired outcomes and work backward to identify necessary steps and user interactions.
- **Technology Adoption**: Develop strategies to enhance the adoption of Workday and related technologies among client teams.
- **Governance Planning**: Assess clients' readiness for technology adoption and establish governance plans for both pre-launch and post-launch phases.
- **Integrated Solutions**: Collaborate with various teams to provide integrated and coordinated solutions.
- **Client Advocacy**: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them through planning, implementation, and ongoing success.
## Qualifications
- **Expertise**: Strong expertise in Benefits, HR, Talent Management, and/or Finance functions.
- **Experience**: 5 years of experience in Workday functional implementation and 2-5 years of experience with Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software.
- **Project Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results on schedule.
- **Travel Flexibility**: Willingness to travel up to 40% and collaborate with remote teams.
- **Influential Communication**: Ability to effectively influence a diverse range of audiences, including technical and business clients, HR functions, and employees across all levels.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our salary ranges reflect our commitment to fair and equitable compensation:
- Senior Consultant: $110,000 to $203,000
- Senior Principal: $140,000 to $258,000
You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. Please note that salary ranges are subject to change.
