Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Workday Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing Workday solutions across various modules, including HCM, Financials, and Prism Analytics. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Workday solutions, including HCM, Financials, Prism Analytics, and custom reporting
- The Workday Technical Consultant will manage all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and production support
- Create and maintain effective relationships with Workday teams and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor for Workday solutions
- As a Workday Technical Consultant, you will lead training sessions for end-users and internal teams on Workday configuration, reporting, and security
- Act as the primary reporting resource for custom report requests and troubleshooting from the HRIS team
Requirements
- M.S. in Information Systems or related field
- Workday certification in HCM, Integration, and Project Management
- Certification in Information Systems Security (preferred)
- 15+ years of techno-functional consulting experience in ERP implementations, with a minimum of 12 years focused on Workday
- Extensive hands-on experience with Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Time Tracking, and Financials
- Strong expertise in Workday Prism Analytics, custom reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, N-Box), and security configurations
- Proven track record in leading and managing large-scale Workday projects and upgrades
- Excellent analytical skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong desire to achieve goals and drive process improvements
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, SQL, and various programming languages
- Familiarity with other ERP systems and enterprise software solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
