A biotechnology company is currently seeking a new HR Operations Specialist to join their growing team.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 6+ months
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week in office)
Responsibilities:
The HR Operations Specialist will:
- Provide support within their HR team (generalist functions) and provide Workday ops support.
- Run reports, work with internal teams to answer functionality questions, data entry as needed
- Refine HR processes within Workday and various other HR systems.
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of overall experience
- Ability to run reports and synthesize data effectively
- Curiosity in elevating current HR Ops/System processes
- Ability to run and generate reports from the system
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
