HRIS Manager - Workday
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Manager who will be responsible for managing our Workday system and overseeing all aspects of our HRIS operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and upgrading our HRIS system to ensure it operates effectively and efficiently.
An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Workday HCM experience, with supervisory duties, and a high degree of technical abilities, as well as project management skills. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Workday HRIS system, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and system orientation.
- Oversee the implementation of new HRIS projects, ensuring they are completed within established timeframes and budgets.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving HRIS issues and answering questions regarding system functionality.
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate new HRIS solutions to determine potential benefits to the organization.
- Develop and deliver end-user training on the HRIS system, ensuring all employees are aware of its capabilities and functionality.
- Manage performance evaluations of the HRIS system, identifying any areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Support recruiting efforts by maintaining and updating the HR database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HRIS aligns with overall information technology strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Workday HRIS and database management.
- Experience in HRIS implementation and upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) best practices.
- Excellent vendor management and project management skills.
- Strong technical skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide end-user training and support.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
