What You’ll Do:
- Perform HIRS core function: This includes the implementation of new modules, security maintenance and user management
- Take a functional lead role in the execution of HR technology projects.
- Core HR SME for various areas in HCM Workday: including but not limited to Core HCM, Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Reporting, Adaptive Planning , Workday Extend, Talent Management, Recruitment and Security.
What We’re Looking for:
- Sound Knowledge of core Workday modules: Comp, Advanced Compensation, HCM
- Knowledge of Configure Advanced Compensation and Performance Management based on business requirements.
- Experience in design implementation of Core HR Workday HCM.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
